Amigurumi Honduran White Bat by Dragonrose36 Amigurumi Honduran White Bat by Dragonrose36
First, a little background: Honduran White Bat on Wikipedia.

I saw a picture of these little buggers and they were just SO CUTE I had to crochet one. They're tiny and they roost in leaf tents in small groups of one male with a harem of females. And did I mention they're CUTE? They're like little flying tribbles.

I usually think leaf-nosed bats are ugly but the white fur and yellow nose and ears make it adorable instead. Also the fact that they roost under leaves in those cuddly groups.

I love how the wings are done. Very realistically shaped. I've never seen them done this way. ^.^

Yes, I crocheted the separate sections and then stitched them together.
